Shipping policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

All full priced, unworn items returned with original tags within 7 days of receiving shipment will be ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. 
For online returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. If you would like a shipping label sent to you, we will provide one and deduct from item return. 

Please note: you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product to receive our authorization prior to shipping the product back.

All discounted items (excluding a Welcome discount) and jewelry are FINAL SALE. No store credit or refund will be issued. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please email contact (at) catherines.iowacity@gmail.com with your reason for return, along with the 4 digit order number. You will receive instructions on how to return the item if eligible. 

COVID 19 DISCLAIMER: Due to Covid-19, our carriers (UPS, USPS, FED EX) are experiencing significant delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and windows. If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier. If your package has still not arrived 30 days from the ship date, we will start the process of refunding your order.

Domestic orders:
We offer one rate shipping within the US for your total order. Additionally, customers can add "signature required for delivery" service for an additional fee.

One Rate $9.50

Signature $5.0

International orders:
We do ship internationally worldwide, dependent on destination through USPS/DHL. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. Catherine's is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at Catherines.iowacity@gmail.com.

 All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Missing Packages
In the rare event your package does not arrive, please note the following: Catherine's is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the specified address. Please check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered by mistake to a neighbor. Please give a few extra hours for the package to arrive. We ship exclusively with USPS, you may file a claim with the carrier,
