What Can I Not Return?!

  • Sale merchandise 30% off or more is FINAL SALE

  • Returns will not be accepted on merchandise sold at 30% or more off original price

Other Things To Know!

  • Price adjustments are ok within 7 days on regular price merchandise that has been marked down

  • No price adjustments on clearance items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at catherines.iowacity@gmail.com if there is damage or any issue with your order

  • There is a 5% restocking fee for each item returned

  • Shipping charges for returns are not refundable

  • $10 will be deducted from your return if you request a return label
