Shipping and Return Policies



All full priced, unworn items returned with original tags within 7 days of receiving shipment will be ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. 
For online returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

Cancelled and/or returned online orders are subject to a 2.5% cancellation fee

Please note: you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product to receive our authorization prior to shipping the product back.

All discounted items (excluding a Welcome discount) and jewelry are FINAL SALE. No store credit or refund will be issued. 


Please email contact (at) with your reason for return, along with the 4 digit order number. You will receive instructions on how to return the item if eligible. 

We do not adjust prices for Clearance Purchases

Shipping notifications: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier tracking. Catherine's is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses or zip codes. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. 

Stolen packages: 

Once the package is delivered to the requested address, we are no longer liable for the package. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please open a claim with the carrier. Have your tracking information available.


International orders:
We do ship internationally worldwide, dependent on destination through DHL and USPS. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales.
